As part of the Inn2diversity project, we have prepared an innovative profiling tool that will support the identification of appropriate competencies and indicators related to the implementation of a mentoring programme for teachers returning to work after a long absence, job seekers or other teachers who have difficulties in dealing with the disruptive behaviour of their students.
